What counts as an outbound conversation?

A new conversation started by you counts as one outbound conversation. Replies don't count. The allowance is shared by the account and its team across the dashboard, API and SMTP, including your own sending provider. Internal notes, inbound conversations, auto-replies and forwarding within existing threads do not consume it.

How much outbound capacity is included?

Free: 100; Solo: 500; Starter: 1,500; Pro: 5,000; Business: 20,000 outbound conversations per month. Every plan can add stackable packs.

What happens when my allowance is used?

You can still reply to existing conversations. Starting a new outbound conversation pauses until the next UTC calendar month, or until you add a paid pack or upgrade. Receiving remains governed by your existing receive and storage limits.

Do packs require a paid plan?

No. Packs are available on Free, Solo, Starter, Pro and Business. You can combine different packs or buy several copies of the same pack. They add outbound volume only; feature, storage and team limits stay with your plan.

How are packs billed with an annual plan?

Does buying capacity guarantee delivery?

No. Deliverability, anti-abuse checks, provider restrictions and technical rate limits still apply to new conversations and replies. Packs increase monthly conversation capacity, not sending rates.
