Can I use my own domain with Smailor?
Every Smailor plan includes at least one custom domain. Free gets 1, Starter and Pro each get 3, and Business gets unlimited. Your customers receive replies from your own domain address.
Can I use Smailor with Proton Mail?
Yes. Smailor works with any email provider including Proton Mail. You can forward your support@ address from Proton to your Smailor catch-all and manage all customer replies from Smailor's dashboard. Your Proton account stays intact for internal and personal email.
Does Smailor replace my email provider?
No. Smailor is a shared inbox layer that sits on top of your existing provider. It organises and coordinates customer-facing email for your team — it does not host your email. Many teams keep Proton Mail, Google Workspace, or Fastmail for internal email and use Smailor for customer support.
What is AI triage in Smailor?
AI triage automatically scores and categorises incoming emails by urgency and topic before your team sees them. It runs on-server (self-hosted Qwen 2.5) — customer email content is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any external LLM provider.
Can I cancel at any time?
