Why Smailor exists

Most customer support tools are built for 50-person teams with a dedicated ops person. The pricing reflects it. The complexity does too.

Smailor is built for the other case: a founder with a domain, a team of two or five, and a support@ inbox that needs to actually work — with routing rules, assignment, templates, and a proper shared view. No per-seat pricing that punishes growth. No weeks of onboarding.

Subscription prices are locked at the time you subscribe. We notify you in advance of any price changes before your next renewal cycle.

EU data residency by default

Your data is stored in the EU. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Responsible AI usage

AI-assisted features are opt-in. Your messages are never used to train third-party AI models. Sub-processors are listed publicly on our Trust page.
