How these numbers are measured, and what they cannot tell you

Delivered counts messages that the recipient's mail server accepted and that did not bounce afterwards. Rejections at send time and later bounce reports both count against it.

Delivered does not mean inbox. Mailbox providers never tell a sender which folder they chose, so no figure on this page claims to know it.

Rates are withheld below 50 messages: a percentage on a handful of messages is noise.

Customers can see the same figures for their own domain, along with an SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI check, in Settings, Domains.
