What is Smailor?

Smailor is a shared inbox platform for indie founders and small technical teams who receive customer email across support and sales. It routes inbound messages into shared threads visible to the whole team, applies AI triage using a self-hosted Qwen 2.5 model, and lets team members reply from verified custom domains without exposing personal addresses. Plans start at €0 for one address and scale to €24.99/month for unlimited members and domains. Smailor is built and operated by Victor André, an independent developer based in France, with data hosted on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany and Finland). It is GDPR-compliant with a Data Processing Agreement available for business customers.
