A professional address on your own domain
Receive and answer contact@, support@ or hello@ on your domain, together. Smailor checks your domain setup, signs your mail, and shows whether it reaches the inbox.
Free plan with one address. No card.
From domain to first reply
- 1
Add your domain
Smailor gives you the records to add at your registrar, one at a time, and checks each one as soon as it is in place.
- 2
Create your addresses
contact@, support@, invoices@: each lands in the shared inbox, in the group you choose.
- 3
Answer as the address
Replies leave from [email protected], signed with your DKIM key, never from a personal mailbox.
What comes with each address
- Shared by the team
- Everyone signs in as themselves. You see who answers what, and two people never reply to the same customer without knowing.
- Your mail apps
- Connect Apple Mail, Outlook or Thunderbird over SMTP to send, and POP3 to read. Each device gets its own password.
- On your phone
- The Smailor app for Android, on Google Play.
- Auto-replies and signatures
- Away messages and signatures, set once in Smailor and used on every reply.
- Forwarding
- Copy incoming mail to another address once that address confirms it.
- Catch-all
- On Pro and Business, mail to any address on your domain lands somewhere instead of bouncing.
- Spam filtering
- Incoming mail is scored before it reaches the inbox, and you can see why a message was filed as spam.

Before you choose
Smailor is built for the addresses a team shares with customers. Some needs are better served elsewhere.
- One private mailbox per employee: keep Google Workspace, Proton or Zoho for that, and add Smailor for contact@ and support@.
- An @smailor.com address receives mail and replies from Smailor. Sending from a mail app or the API needs your own domain.
- Your hosting already gives you a mailbox (OVH, IONOS, Gandi): you can connect it as it is, without changing your DNS.
Questions
How do I get an email address with my own domain?
Buy the domain at any registrar, add it in Smailor, and copy the records it gives you into the DNS of the domain. Smailor checks them and tells you which one is missing. Once the domain is verified, create contact@ or any other address on it.
Is a professional email address free?
The Free plan includes one address on one domain, with no time limit and no card. You still pay your registrar for the domain itself.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird?
Yes. Smailor gives each device its own password for SMTP (sending) and POP3 (reading). Sending works on every plan; reading in a mail app is on Free, Pro and Business.
Will my email land in spam?
Smailor publishes and checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain and signs every message. That removes the most common cause of spam filing. Content and sending habits still matter, and the free inbox test shows where a real message lands.
Where is my email stored?
In the EU, on Hetzner servers in Germany and Finland, under a GDPR data processing agreement.
